 RETURN POLICY: 

Our clients safety is our number one priority. For reasons regarding hygiene- our products are not allowed return due to most of our products touch your intimate parts. There are no returns available under any circumstances.

1) Where are you located?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    We are located in Indio CA. If you are lucky enough to live close by, we do alterations to your faja! (Ex; a broken clip, zipper, adjustments etc.)

2) What are your hours of service?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          We open at 9 am and close at 7 pm. Saturdays we open at the same time except close at 5pm. We are closed Sundays.

3) Does a faja help with back pain?                                                                                                                                                                                                              .       The faja corrects your posture and spine. If you work long hours + have heavy back pain a faja will be an absolute miracle for you!

4) Can I use shapewear after having a baby?

YESSS! Certain girdles fit the delivery you had (Natural or C-section). Using a girdle can help reduce postpartum stomach and pick up loose skin.

Natural Delivery: Whichever Shapewear you desire (we reccommend FAJA LIPO ILLUSION)

C-Section: Full body shapewear with Zipper. (se puede usar faja con gancho despues de los 30 dias.)

5) Are fajas dangerous/inefficient?                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Yes, IF YOUR SIZE IS WRONG. A faja that is too small for you will end up hurting you then helping you. OR If you purchase a faja for back support and get one designed for waist training, it won't solve your problem. If you want to squish the tummy area specifically (FTC 0-015) and instead you get one that focuses on shrinking the waist more (LIPO ILLUSION 2042), you will mistakenly take the wrong one.

6) Is a faja important after a surgery like tummy tuck, liposuction, butt lift, etc.                                                                                                                                           FOR BEST RESULTS IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Wearing a faja after a surgery is helpful in molding your shape even more, while taking care of the doctors work and makes sure you stay satisfied with your results! 

7) Which shapewear would you recommend for me?

 This answer really depends on your daily lifestyle AND what you want to use it for. We recommend you take into consideration factors like your area of residence, if you wear specific uniform, if you want it long sleeve/knee length, etc.
